When Andy's teacher asks him to make a video on the subject of bike safety, he asks two friends to help him with the project.  Together they learn some important facts about helmets, bike maintenance, traffic, and hand signals.  Special emphasis is placed on demonstrating the possible negative results of goofing-off on a bike in heavily trafficked areas.
